Spicy hot pot originates from Sichuan street food. Diners can quickly choose what they wish to eat, and either eat on the spot or take away.

Spicy pot, named Malatang in Chinese. Mala meaning hot and numbing, the sensation you get from Sichuan peppercorns. Tang means boiling hot. If anything is going to warm you up on an icy cold day, it’s this.

Our founder, David, grew up in Sichuan province, the birthplace of spicy pot. Our base soup is made from a traditional Sichuan recipe, a slow cooked bone soup mixed with dozens of Chinese herbs. In addition to the spicy pot, we offer many other authentic Sichuan street foods.
