Ouroboros Wholefoods Cafe in Surry Hills is open 7 days a week, serving both breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast at Ouroboros is an experience any foodie should make time for! Served 7-11:30, they’ve got a huge variety including maple granola, buckwheat and flax-seed porridge, a paleo breakfast, eggs Benedict and gluten-free sweet corn fritters with avocado. When lunch time hits, try a toastie, free range chicken, the daily organic soup or some smoked salmon. Whatever you choose to order, you’ll enjoy organic ingredients and a healthy meal. Organic loose leaf tea is also available!

Ouroboros’ design is refined and gorgeously simplistic. The dining space is naturally well-lit, with outside seating available. Some features include a light concrete floor, down lights connected by matte black frame work, light-washed pine chairs and tables- and a white tiled bar with white walls and floors. Colour is added by the scattered hanging plants and huge handpainted mural wall, featuring Ouroboros’ logo.
